So far in,
Cannot get out.
I know what has become,
And I don’t like it.

I’m knee – deep,
In problems so immense,
I can’t wade through them,
Any longer.

Lost in these memories,
Of just me and you.
The tidal wave is coming,
I’m helpless, just waiting.

These river banks are slowly,
Sliding out of sight.
The current feels too strong,
I’m weak, getting pulled under.

Beautiful. Absolutely awesome. I could feel the pain and desperateness the entire way through. Very good job. I really liked this. You're already threaded to my library, so I'll definitely be visiting my library to re-read this. This one was just awesome. Nice job. Loves.
