The way to our Love I hear our beautiful song And a smile crosses my face The lyrics of the song Are not ones I can erase. I remember back to the days, When we were just friends, Ignoring what could be, What might bring our friendship to an end. We’d talk a little online Every now and then But it wasn’t like it is now, It didn’t hurt to bring it to an end. Our conversations grew longer, More in depth with each other, But we still wouldn’t admit it, Our true feelings we still covered. Months went by with A hello here and there. Not talking for weeks on end, It was something I could bare. In the middle of our conversation on one very special night, I asked you a simple question, You answered it with delight. We both confessed our feelings Our built up feelings inside The ones we’d had for months The ones we’d tried to hide. Now, going without Talking to you for one day, I suddenly feel as if My life has lost its way. You’re my true love, My one special guy, If I were without you, Surly I would die. I have yet to be in the presence of your beautiful smile. But knowing your out there waiting for me Makes the wait worthwhile. Let me know what you think! This is for a very special person in my life. Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it! I just read over my poem and saw something I'd like to change just to let u guys know! Now, going without Talking to you for one day, I suddenly feel as if My life has lost its way I think talking needs to go on the first line, it flows better don't cha think? Well, thanks again!
