one night v.1 its always the tears that make everything right when you lay in his arms and promise not to cry but do it anyway just because one night in your life can change who you are make you realize that life is meant for more than just joy rides and the things you say are always taken to heart with me so be careful with your words...choose them carefully ch. make sure tonight is the best night i've ever had cause i don't know for sure when i'll see you again i won't forget watching you smile even if it was just for a little while your laugh is still in my memory i'll carry it every where, just don't forget me because one night is everything in my eyes v.2 if we're sitting on the concrete steps and i laugh smile at me with your eyes and say it right back and the stars will cover us and everything is moving slow the night will end faster than we can know and i didn't even get to hold your hand one time or tell you that you've already made a difference in my life ch. end. it doesn't matter to me what they say...i'd gladly spend every minute of every day...remembering that night no matter what i'll always love you |
