i'm just complaining The light just seems to burn me And the darkness is just too cold There’s no place for me to rest me feet And no one for me to hold I’m rejected for my differences Even the rejects point and stair But I walk through life with this hardened face Because no one’s going to start to care Everyone around here knows me They throw trash at me from there cars I just don’t try to defend myself Cuz’ I would be the only one behind bars Things just might be harder for me Then most the others in this town But I don’t care because in a few years I’ll be the only one around when you live you begin to die |

Interesting....I'm curious as to why you feel so isolated and different. Is it something physical that everyone can see? Is it literal, you are really the "outcast"? Is it symbolic, do you feel this way yet on the outside no one can see? But I do like the ending, I feel like through all the heartache and negitivity you are still going to rise above in the end. But I'm really interesting in knowing what inspired you to write this. -AB "Whatever you are doing, love yourslef for doing it. |

I have been rejected by a lot of ppl in my life but is poem is more symbolic than literal. The few friends that I do have don't really know me all that well so it seems that I’m alone, well…ya when you live you begin to die |
