Her eyes don’t open,

Does her pulse flutter,
Uselessly under my fingertips,
Not strong enough to hold on.

They say to me ask you,
Reclining on the silver lined clouds,
Contrasting gold against the sky,
They say to me you’ll know,
Way up above while I’m down here,
But then they tell me no,
You’re everywhere,
Right beside me,
But I don’t believe them.

Because you can’t tell me,
Why my grip grows tighter,
But hers grows weak,
Why my words grow louder,
And hers fade into the distance,
Weaker than before,
I don’t believe them,
Because you can’t tell me,
Why everyone told me she was so strong,
And why then she gave up.

You can’t tell me,
Why I had to say goodbye,
When I didn’t even have time,
To say hello.

Its kinda like unanswered prayer after your friend blows his brains out. I understand what your saying. I don't understand either. I hate it. Good can come from it, but there's always that gapping hole that will always exist. I pray that God be with you.
