You're feeling so weak and battered
tripped and fell
back down the mountain
of hope entwined with misery.

The new scars are scattered
and it's too hard ain't it?

You want him to love you,
want him to touch you
but he's so distant, and is
there something wrong?
Are you not good enough to be
touched? And all you want
desperately is too feel loved.
In a darkened room, angry
music blasting, you silently
pine for any kind of affection.

And through it all, your minds
running wild, face aching
from those smiles.

You're feeling so weak and battered
And all the new scars are scattered.

Pride is holding your head up, when everyone else has their's lowered. Courage is what makes you do it.

finally broke through my writers block!!!! but this isn't very good, but at least its a poem!

Writers block does create a problem for a poetry site. Nice write.

I have writer's block right now too! I tried writing something but it ended up sounding all crappy. lol.
