So many people that wanna know your name
Too many lies they speak to get their way
And they wonder why you've lost all hope
That anyone could ever really know you
Because everyone's searching for something
Something to make the questions go away
Answers were given up on so long ago
When we found them buried on the inside
And it was nothing that we wanted to hear
Selective reality is all we've ever known
Oblivious to what might become of us all
And they wonder why you've lost all hope
That anyone could ever really care

Not a bad write at all. Just seems a little scattered, jumpy and random. Perhaps that's what you intented in order to give it a searching, struggling tone?

I don't know. Sometimes I like to make people try to figure things out when really it makes no sense at all. I kinda threw it together, didn't edit it before posting, but any ideas how to make it better?
