I guess it seems that anything I do now doesn't matter Like I'm a living lie, thats been told so many times A heart that beats just to be there My eyes to see and noone cares I feel all alone, its dark and cold My shadow is the only one that follows me home My bodys here, but my mind isn't So far away, distracted, and lifted Why can't I live a better life To be in this shadow, cold as ice The wind that blows me anywhere No place in the world, because noone cares How can I live my life everyday like its my last If every word thats been said comes back to haunt me, my past When I want to move on, be strong, and laugh Do I belong here? or noone cares Kate |

I really relate to your poems they are very beautiful, it put me in a daze, like a void sucking me in so I can't hear. Which is very good cus a poem put me in a daze so I decided to join so I could be put in a daze again and again by lovely poems. Dark, |

Yes i agree, and I can also relate. It can be hard to believe that someone really cares. I can't give u any advice because honestly, I ALWAYS feel that way. But the best thing for me, that helps i mean, is just being around my friends. Friends that might possibly care a tiny bit. FoReVeR.BrOkEn |

this is VERY good. I love how it ended although it was a little sad but its very good. i understand how you feel. I've been there, but dont u think that everyone has been there at last once? i think so but very good otherwise |

i know how you feel and i relate to this poem in so many ways. I'm only 13 but i know that feeling and i've been there and i really was wishing that i could just disappear. At that point i couldn't take it and almost ran out the door. i remembered that if i did then I wouldn't have anywhere to go because of how young i am and that i wouldn't get very far before some one realized i was gone. being lonely is a great misfortune for many.... but what happens when you come to know that being lonely is another way of getting a blessing... u r feeling lonely because u r assuming urself to be so... and if you just look out into another way of living life..u will feel happy that u r lonely..... confused ha?? hehe this is from another person who has done the same kind of ordeal as yours...and for that reason...I have a POEM as an answer to this.... which I will post soon...
