What more could I have done than to hold two doves in one hand, marble the sky with a maiden hair fern, lock up the roses in icy white igloos and strum your guitar with a palm frond from gibralter? I’ve never flown solo from the moon down to mexico or ridden a roo over the rooftops of Cork. You couldn’t have expected I’d white wash your feet with lime flavored jello or spit out the seeds from the last pomegranate? My stockings may be laddered with Dimaggio runs but the ink on my thumb is proof of my innocence! Duck billed and Strom Thurmonded the cash cow’s deceased, virgins are dancing in pitiful streets. Fr. Louis is gone but the Abbey remains. Where is your compassion for stained glass and rose windows? [This message has been edited by JenniferMaxwell (10-10-2007 07:21 AM).] |

You give such a cross section of all things. I liked it a lot. |
