Tonight, I watch the moon's light slowly crawl across my bedroom I am sitting here alone No companion no love I hear a dog barking in the alley I get a chill all over my body I am afraid but lonely The two most complicated emotions Why? Why most i feel this way? Why me? I don't know or i don't understand Sitting in the darkness Gives me some feeling of comfort Or security No one can see me How i feel i am hidden And so are my emotions My loneliness I am no longer afraid Afraid of what Afraid of the answer Maybe I am alone not afraid Maybe this is how life should be No problems no obligations Only one person to worry about Yourself being alone |

The darkness doth change and warpe an alone soul. i like the theme, the style, and the writting so you have a gold star from me. Thanks-Abbeon |

i got used to being alone when i became comfortable with the idea that yourself is the only one that will be there for you to count on for the rest of your life. it's certainly not a fun journey to lie in the dark and face yourself down. but know that you're not the first one to do it. you're not as alone as you might think. good luck, and i enjoyed the haunting rhythm in this... like creeping around and empty house to realize in the end you are alone... and that you just have to deal. The soul is oftentimes a battlefield where reason and judgement wage war on passion and appetite. |
