Seeking what you want
Sharing not allowed,
Your inner self wants to quit
Breaking what you vowed

Miserable people
Who are never proud,
You're the only one who hears
When everything's so loud

When the raining starts
Falling from their clouds,
Makes you wanna drown your soul
... can't get rid of doubts

Nothing is profound
Everything's sincere,
It takes you a while to regret
When the ending is so near

Get up from your knees
Try to stand your ground,
The world will burn as you watch
And you will like the sound

I liked this poem alot. Though....I don't understand the word "Zeitgeist".

Zeitgeist means Time Spirit or Spirit Of The Age.. it's correct either way.. thanks for your kind words!

Very Unique and interesting although in a way that last stanza creates a very disturbing thought tract and imagery as well. Don't take this offensively ,but do you have faith in God?

Let's say that the stuff I write has nothing to do with what I believe or in who I believe. I just write things that I feel at that moment. If it's rage, angst, disappointment, dark thoughts than so be it.. everyone has them, even if he believes or not in God.
And yes, I do believe in God and eternal life after death! If it's gonna be in hell or heaven.. I will see.
