I'm losing pieces from the mirror, I've attempted to savor myself. The numbers of the calender, they steal and I fall further. In the gritty water my bones float. So light, like I've always been, so frail, and there's a beckoning in the wind. There's a thickness in my soul a mile wide. I'm not easily cut, despite the sharpness of your lips, and the product of your breath. Your words, there's a crakle, then a string of smoke dancing in the cold. A musty black covers my mirror and for once I look upon my reflection. actuality, possibilly a perfect depiction. [This message has been edited by Lexy (11-30-2003 11:06 PM).] |

Very well written. I feel for you, honestly. Love is like Mumps.....the older you are when you catch it....the worse it feels |
