My soul yearns,
is anyone really listening.

Words, feelings, thoughts,
shared naively.

Is anyone listening,
or are my words just a buzz that passes by?

So cold, so tired,
trying to keep the walls down.

But each try is fleeting,
sounds just go through the air.

If only the buzz could find a spot,
where it was translated and heard.

Thanks for the feedback, although my first submission was lighthearted, there are a lot of dark ones as well.  Nice to know someone heard the call.  Thank You.
