I've decided to do a litte description before some of my poems. I feel the last one used too many allusions. Seventeen years is my age. Well, here goes. [This message has been edited by Twilight Warrior (03-20-2007 05:46 AM).] |

So much has changed in so little time The past is gone, she's no longer mine Seventeen years is only the start I am forced to continue Destiny's March I meditate nightly on the Quietened Trace For the phantoms of the past that have no place Tears from my eyes stain the grass I can hear them....the echos of the past Friends of the past have gone with the wind Oh what wouldn't I give to try again I've heard history tends to repeat the same Then whose to say that anything would change So what have you loss, in times gone by? What wouldn't you give for another try? It seems we're all just empty crates Swept along the Tides of Fate [This message has been edited by Twilight Warrior (03-20-2007 05:45 AM).] |
