Closer to Hell...

I could simply jump
Off this building high
I could simply jump
And tell this world goodbye

It wouldn’t change anything
There’s nothing it would take back
It wouldn’t change anything
I’d be leaving behind a ton of slack

There are those who would miss me
It would be so easy to die
There are those who would miss me
My life is one sick lie

I’m a coward if I let myself go
I’ll let everyone win
I’m a coward if I let myself go
It would be my greatest sin

Is this really what I want?
I find myself moving away from the ledge
Is this really what I want?
I’ll go on living that’s my pledge
