The rigging and the luggage in my hull is striped away I swore I had all the answers God has such a sweet set up My poetry sucks I feel as though the beautiful gufts God had for my company and me are getting wet. God doesn't need me I need him Pride goes before a fall Death comes at the lion's paw God has the power to raise up as well as tear down And on occassion tear in two Leaving a scent in the air Sobering the mind Laughing demons God's promises... But it seems the demons of Egypt this time... Maybe I don't see it quite clear Jesus, even in your fury As if I were your enemy You are my only hope To wrestle is to live; to fight is to love. |

"I feel as though the beautiful gufts God had for my company and me are getting wet. God doesn't need me I need him Pride goes before a fall Death comes at the lion's paw" I really like this part of your poem.I mean your whole poem rocks. But this part really stuck out at me. This was one of my favorite poems from you. You did an awsome job. Thanks for sharing. I hope to see more from you in the future. Courtney |

Very interesting. And I agree with the person who first posted - God doesn't need me I need him Pride goes before a fall Death comes at the lion's paw sticks out to me as an exceptional part of this poem as well. |

"Jesus, even in your fury As if I were your enemy You are my only hope" These lines I really understand. @-->-- |
