Closer to Hell...

Smile a smile, cold and sad
Frigid winter biting and mad
Your icy fingers trace a path
No one dares, no one wants your wrath
To your lair there is no map
Yet your victims always fall into your lap
A young man walking in the freezing snow
In a land where nothing can live or grow
You call to him through the trees
A voice so chilling in the winter breeze
He looks around to see nothing there
Then he looks up into your glassy stare
No time to scream. No time to run.
Not even time to reach for his gun.
So white is she that she seems unreal
But her hands, how cold they feel!
Her victim he is not the first
To fall prey to her unending thirst
The apparition that calls men to their doom
Living alone in her castle so frozen with gloom
Alone and waiting for the warmth of another
Then only to whisper in his ear “ I’m looking for my brother”.

You don't want critique either so I'll just say I read your poem and thank you for the comment on mine.
