From Tibet,Asia Minor, Byzantine have I passed.
My travels are endless,my curse will not fast.

My footprints are heavy and crusted with blood.
In the Bavarian Forest my bed is the mud.

The overland silk routes have felt my sweat.
Walked with Persians and Romans, with but one regret.

That my immortality and passion could not still.
The convoluted thinking of Germanic will.
