The girl I wish you knew
The girl I wish I could show you
Without you I’m incomplete
Wondering around like a lost solider
Wishing for you to look past my face
And see through to all my dismay
For many years I’ve wanted you to see all my pain and misery
You tell me you want to help
You tell me you want to know everything
Well honey everything is to far away
I’ve hidden the memories, shaded the pain, forgotten the hurt
And cursed the worse.
The girl you know is here with you
But the girl your waiting to know will never show.
She’s lost in her own hell; she’s created for only herself
Pulling herself out of it, loosing without knowing
She wants to be saved; you want to be her hero
To show her you love her, you grab her hand to pull her out
The girl I wish you knew doesn’t need a hero
The girl I wish you knew doesn’t need a hand
The girl you know just needs you ……

awww... that's very good. I like this poem alot. it kindda reminds me of my situation. Very nice. I hope to read more from you in the future. Thanks for sharing.
