True bliss only comes from endless hurt
With the constant trials of pain
Forcing mental fatigue from its cage
We tend to forget the end of the path
The light that always shines and waits
Waiting for the day for us to come
To come and take our place in pleasure
The happiness that few have witnessed and experienced
To give up hope now will be a waste
To do it all for naught
The ache and the sorrow
The displeasures of love
I for one will still stand
So that when happiness is reached
I can shine my glory upon you
And assure you that your time will also come
Your place next to mine forever reserved
So think not of that which has come to pass
And only of the true bliss soon to come
For what lies ahead is none to fear
And all that awaits is hope regained

Amidst black roses

I love it. It starts off dark and sad and yet ends on such a hopefull note. That all our pain is for a purpose and leads to hapinness and hope returned. i cant say i agree, but its refreshing and very nice! I look forward to reading more

A sign in  the wind
ringed by the falling petals
Alone
Amongst black roses
