Wanting noone to be around. Sitting all alone. Letting the cold take me in. Asking it to take a hold. To my surprise it takes my hand. Leading me onwards to a far away land. Somewhere noone knows. The secerts and stories to be told. For me to find out and let me know would be a sin. Something that should never be done, its the law their own embrace. Now I'm a prisoner in this lonely place. No one around, no one to see. Just the way I always wanted it to be. |

wow; I couldn't decide whether you were revelling in loneliness or slightly disillusioned with it. Loneliness isn't a completely bad thing, but it has its downside! Very good write all the same Where black, bleeding roses await the Thirteen, |

I so agree with what The quell said! At first it sounds like, to me, that you are enjoying your loneliness that it is what you've always dreamed about. Yet, towards the end, you kind of sound sorrowful, like this wasn't what you thought it would be and you don't want it now... Amazing write on this, I loved reading the warring emotions! “their” makes you question who they are, it’s an interesting twist to see within the poem. this makes the reader pause and think about what’s going on, who “their” could possibly be, I loved that! Excellent write on this, keep up the good work  @-->--- |
