Knowing what I know,
seeing what I've seen,
keep my head,
safe knowing.

Keeping alive,
surviving,
the lies,
knowing.

Bought and,
paid for,
not mine,
knowing.

What is real,
the truth,
shines through,
knowing.

I told the truth,
I lived,
a lie,
knowing.

Used against me,
the law,
doesn't know,
knowing.

I never lied,
except to myself,
lying,
knowing.

When I called it,
I paid,
in full,
knowing.

Faith in truth,
I'll get through,
right will triumph,
knowing.

You will see,
God bless,
those who don't
but still go...
KNOWING!!!!

a rather thoughtful piece. lying to ones self can be the worse. and many do it often.
