How could you do this to me?
Make up a lie
that could ruin someone elses' life
You're supposed to be someone
who I can go to when I'm down
Someone to lend a helping hand
Someone to give a shoulder to lean on when I'm sad
But you're to worried and into you're self
searching, demanding for attention
and beleiving everyone "loves" you
as so you think to yourself
so you turn the tables
into somthing it's not
Thinking of no one but yourself
not caring who you hurt
So all I have to say to you is
Best Friend
Best Friend
Look what you've done to someone you
Promised never to hurt!

People are imperfect. They're human after all. It is a good poem though. I like it.
It sounds like a little voice talking loud. Like I said, I like it.

I can completely relate to this poem as well. Sounds like you and I have a lot in common when it comes to betrayal and pain. Keep writing the poems because they are a therapy in and of themselves. I am sorry to see you hurt but know you are never alone in your sorrow - someone else is always going through it too - you just don't always know who it is so you feel alone. Bless you.
