Living in shadows, Grabbing what we can, Off the ground we find the grub, Ain’t no shame left now, Ghetto heaven is right here, Waking up next day- And knowing I can breath, One more day to survive, Somehow strive through this laced Out, messed up, life, You don’t know anything- For you be watching your TV And playing your play station, While I be holding doors, Hoping for a tip- Saving up every penny, To buy me that bike, It don’t matter that it be second hand, At least I got that ride- Earned it through my own two hands, So don’t judge me or test, A bullet be blazing- Past your bed frame, Knowing its time to move, And find the next hole to crawl to. I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality. |

I thought ghetto heaven would be something like..., well pretty much the opposite. Like a free meal everyday and the same bed to sleep in each and everynight. Naw. I get it. Just listen to some music and keep your mind occupied. Jesus loves EVERYONE. -GIS |
