Sorry,
such a small word,
with such a big impact,
enough to
melt tender hearts,
and bring out sharp knives.

Most would think,
it would be, a
healing word, apologizing
for the hurt that was caused.
But sorry reopens your wounds.

Though sorry will never compare,
to good bye.

I'm sorry.
