I am feeling guilty about posting as much as I do, because its starting to look like I use this site for a personal journal, but this came to me yesterday. So I guess its ok. Here it is. This is my third sit in this same spot this morning after my third walk. I was walking through the mall just now and I guess a poem would do it best. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I'm walking the corridors of my local mall On the ground between the walls made of store fronts before opening. I can see the ground I walk on Its made of a hard polished white material But I see farther I can see establishment. Angels flying in the sky Yellowish white sands Soft brown but sun-touched wall like a pyramid Glass and the blue sky Its slow Its music Like the formation of natural glass Or crystal prehaps diamonds Like a mansion And the greed in my heart wants more But there is no darkness here You see how pointless challenging God really is He's far greater than you can ever imagine No pain, no worry The perfect guitar You constantly have that feeling of awe that makes you laugh in bliss I have to write this No one else sees what I do right now. Its what God wants us to see. Jesus is here. He has his arms down with his elbows bent and his hands out in front. Just trying to see and be shown This is a city far greater than New York, Paris, Dublin, London, Rome, They are all but smudge of dirt and filth on a piece of paper Compared with this place A place of free spirits and freedom With a giant bow for every soul on earth to take place in unwrapping. There you have it. Corruption is caused by holes in obedience to God. |

Don't feel guilty. in fact I'm guessing someone might think this doesn't belong in the dark forum but this is exactly where it belongs, especially since this is where I always am. (in the dark, ha ha ha) it's nice to see a light for a change . "Stained by the sun, I can see colors...colors of mercy washing over me." - 3 Minutes From Home |
