I'm watching blood dripping to the floor, streaming from my nose, from my mouth, my eyes... no. Wait, Those are tears. Pooling and mixing, grotesque amalgamation. wondering when it started must have been a while, but I'm hypontized, mesmerized look watch them See them fall symmetrical perfect Sliding down Pouring and streaming Never stoppin, not once, not that I'm paying attention I don't know where it's coming from, it's a miracle it's there at all, Adding some color to the room. Break the maddeningly grey monotony of my prison only way I can. Drip by drop. *I was really just toying with presentation here.* |

I just have to give you credit for using "grotesque amalgamation" in a poem. This is a first. And I absolutely love how the poem actually forms those droplets of blood. Oh wait, I mean tears. Great! Rider "So give life to your dreams, for there lies your survival, and cast your heart beyond those faded scenes, and I'll bring you through the storm" |

Thanks ^_^ I couldn't think of a word that had the right number of syllables. I wanted to use mingling but it didn't work, and amalgamation was the only thing I could come up with... |
