memories form tears
tears i wont let go
i keep them from showing
i dont want the world to know
that i am in fact

weak

pathetic

sad

oh, so sad
death - a desire
more like a tease
something i want and yearn
but something that wont come to me
in this life
i have nothing for which i should smile
in this life
happiness runs from me
for i am it's enemy
and anyone who has it
is someone i envy
my soul isn't fully empty
but there's no hope still
for i'm in love with a man
who longs for someone else's touch
someone else's heart
so im left with this unbareable grief

for i am it's enemy
happiness
runs from me

This poem is awesome and amazing. Like Littlewing, this my favorite part:

Glad I stopped by today, feeling more down than usual, but now I'm kind of happier, I'm not rowing alone, there are other's in the same boat. Great poem....I'm excited now, keep posting!

What a beautiful way to open your heart
for others to see the breaking
and yet the still beating.
Loved the whole poem, but especially the end.

Yeah. What they said. Lets all get together and talk about how much everything and everybody sucks. lol. Just playing. I'm nervous that I'm going to end up complaining for the rest of my life and somehow get trapped to it. So I guess I was just embrassing it. lol.

Oh how I understand... I've been a victim of this situation for many years now, and still can't find the strength or will to let go or move on.
Beautiful poem, and I hope you end up smiling happily because that love finally finds you! (For then maybe, just maybe there's hope left still...)
