I used to watch from afar See all the garbage and hateful things It wasn't me Father confused Sent down fake divinatory predictions Nothing of me Filth left my hand and my heart I poisioned with lies That came from me I admit I'm guilty Through their spoiled rage It isn't me The best of what we had A servant for your delight Remembered me Everything of hate was done And called fair Hatred from me I wanted to hurt you Forced to watch from afar Stood against me Much too precious for us I work while you play Anger to me Now you're trapped by your stupidity And you turn it again Envying me I don't care about your personal feelings If you hate me then do so; only while you, Look up at me He has made everything beautiful in its own time. -Ecclesiastes 3:11 |
