Nothing and Nowhere

They huddle in a group
Closed tight, forbidding
Meant to be a part
She makes her way in
But is met with ridicule.

Shocked she takes it
Heart breaking, eyes watering
She swallows, throat tight
But she ignores it
Just wanting to join in.

They all laugh, joking together
But that too, turns sour
She can't take it any longer
Scared to voice her opinion
She wavers, but bravery strikes
Her courage prevails.

This is not what they wanted
Flip it over, turn the coin to tails
Thats what they want,
They are the victims, she's the guilty party.

No matter, she cannot win
Too strong, the group's wall
Too cruel, cold and hard to break down
Scathing remarks, tongues flicking spit
Burning hellfire
She sits on the outs
Crying like a new born.

Not even wanted
By her friends.

*note: i am pleased to say, that i am no longer friends with this particular group, i found a new circle of friends, and am much happier now. It was hard at first making the decision, and slightly lonely at times, but making it was one of the best decisions I ever made.*

Tomorrow, is the today we feared yesterday.

I agree with Hollow.

I know what it feels like, and i cant exactly say that i am as strong as you when it comes to that. I mean, i hold my own pretty well, and there are just a few in our "circle" that think they can treat me like that, soo it is a sort of diferent story i guess. But i will save it for another day! lol

um...yeah my new group of friends, are just so much better..i'm not saying that all my troubles have just evaporated, but at least one of them has lessened a WHOLE lot more!

*sigh*...indeed it does happen, but i , myself, think it comes with growing up in a way because it shows that you're willing to become friends with other people b'sides your group...good quality , i believe...cool write on this affair...btw you're doing great with all your writes, keep it up...
