You stride like a Mayan prince, holding my hated tether. As unbending as iron, the length of supple leather. Jerk me down on bended knee, tell me to lick your boot. Not Me. My Will won't bend, my Body may break. I'll leave quiet destruction in my wake. And still you won't have won. I live with the tigers, the proud, haunted eyes. So this is why caged birds sing. Planning escape in the dark, tortured moments, endless spark. You won't have clipped my wings. VERY NICE!!! i love your writing... this one is beautiful and the way you have written this is amazing... a few typos but sometimes they cant be helped.... any waybeautiful... just beautiful. Ruth live life as if your going to die tomorow....... but love as if your going to live forever...... |
