To the golden boy with looks to brag so close to a perfect look envied by some hag will you look and see that there's beauty beneath or turn a blind eye when in your front seat... Those beautiful moments collected between two yet stressful times contested by the few that turn away from the beauty in the mirror that focus on the person where love is clearer... Clearer on the inside of course dismounted from her gallant horse she had served you and worked well as your squire not meant as a ladies deed, for the needs to hire To the lovely young lass with hair too match closed in your tower with a mate to catch will you look beneath your locks and see real beauty lies where the soul wants to be... In focus of someone real, unlike the object which had you attracted not just physical appeal where true love is not easily extracted, away from the mirror of conceit when you feel the heat away from the placid reflections that invite heartless rejections. superficial looks will always remain skin deep and exclude inner qualities you'll want to keep. Yes, I think that maybe I could! Love is like Mumps.....the older you are when you catch it....the worse it feels |

Loverlost, Passing A lot can learn and a few want to apply it..knowing that the exterior gloss fades with time...well then it's like smoking then, some habits are so hard to stop. Thanks for sharing [This message has been edited by ecrivan (12-01-2003 09:34 PM).] |
