She Writes

she takes
all
her emotions

nerve endings
exposed
in lacking

places them
softly
on paper

black inked
tear stains
on blank pages

leaving proof
showing
a pain

she breaths
only in
her heart

and I breathe
the words she leaves
knowing
I'm forever changed...

I really enjoy your words

Dave

The image that I saw

Echoing a mystery of paper cover with disjointed nerve ends
old ink washed fresh with tears
no one every wrote with a pen
She spun magic
Woven in words
Her heart

(big angel hugs) Oh Helen, this is sad but heartfelt, sweet friend, may you and her keep writing on and let it all out and tear nothing but crystal tears that reflect the sunshine, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Helen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

....she writes in beauty, like the night
of cloudless climes and starry skies;
and all that's best of dark and bright....

definitely makes me take a deep breath to hold back the tears...

what we write is definitely WHO we are and WHAT we are made of...

yes I agree with some of the others. You're one of my favorite writers on this forum. Your stuff flows and reads very easily--only good writers can take old ideas and make them colorful and new so it's good you indulge us with your talents
