I say a differnce is what i'll make but how many differences does it take to make more than just a difference in this world full of hypocrites and judgemental theives? A difference could mean nothing to the majority of this narrow-minded society that we say we live happily in We say we feel safe within the barriers of our temptations and restrictions But do we live true to ourselves? Do we live inside or outside this locked up world? Those who live inside are those in power those who believe whatever they say makes a difference when really more trouble and problems result from it Those who's houses are broadcasted whenever they paint a new wall or buy a new rug, thinking those on the outside care Those who were born not only with a silver spoon in their mouths, but also a silver knife A knife that shows they arent perfect, and they never were or will be Those on the outside are those who know but can never act on their resolutions or changes because they have been locked away without the chance to prove themselves Those who believe in forgiveness and understand the warmth and comfort a love can give you Those who are theives of time, who distil all who they pass Those who also have seen the dark side of life and those who still believe darkness is the answer to the outside worlds problems A difference is all it could take to break these invisible barriers between the worlds we know to be life. xoxLORxox |
