Blood of Epiphany Rose In rhythms played upon my heart A drumming of to be, coming steadily Never stopping or loosing beat by beat by beat One delicate bloom fed everlasting in the pulse Oh, to shallow breaths exclaimed I hear you in the wind, in the voice of life Never slipping or stammered beat by beat by beat Shedding petals on the summer grass beneath your feet My roots feed from your garden No matter where my only home Never slipping or stammered beat by beat by beat Shedding petals on the summer grass beneath your feet Around me wraps this trust A dream begotten of the fates fine dust Never stopping or loosing time beat by beat by beat Endlessly renewal scents your path and mine Copyright Kkh 1/15/04 |
