the sun begins to slip into the silken drape where the wide sea embraces the sky tenderly perhaps one can find quietude resting on crimson-tinged waves ~ a family of birds hastens its flight homewardly bound charting course nestwards that’s when silent eyes turn moist measuring lengthening shadows ~ haven't written much lately... but haven't given up... not yet, anyway... |

My friend.. this captures in a not quite way something profound.. not quite spelling out the details and not quite letting the reader see it all.. enticing them to think..and to reflect themselves on the flight of birds and their own silent eyes... nicely done sir.. I enjoyed |
