Valuing Each Precious Moment

When glow in my heart returned
He could sense my happiness
He knew how much I yearned
The need to feel togetherness

It was the feeling from knowing
I knew the sparks would ignite
Pleasures felt in togetherness
As my heart danced in delight

A heart racing with excitement
It made the waiting worthwhile
A shine came back to my eyes
Returning in the happiest smile

Valuing each precious moment
With every word we expressed
In being reunited heart to heart
Spent sharing our togetherness
