Is there anyone out there? No one I could see, So, No one to care… But wait, there is me. Still, I search… Is there anyone out there? Feeling like I do? Thought I was alone, But then, there was you. Still, I search… Is there anywhere out there? A place I’m free to roam? Thought I was lost, But then, there is home. Still, I search… And search I must, For what is a life if empty of trust? Too many questions, no answers to attest That I’m not alone, I’m just like the rest. So what if there’s me And all that lies within? I want to keep it safe Unhurt, under my skin. And you’re not my saviour You’re just like I am! …A poor and belittled, Imitation of man. Home is not home, When you look for more. A house is not home, When you long to explore. So, I’ll search, until I find, What I think I’m looking for And forever imprison myself, In this everlasting war. |

Very nice Stephanie. Another good piece you have here. Bravo! Remember, if you're not part of the future, you're history! |
