A new season has begun The winters frost Has stifled an ugly growth The warmth of your words And heart bringing a thaw To the frozen tundra of my anger The world seems different No longer do I ponder The unfairness of what was Knowing that what was Made what is That who I am now Is what you love Spring comes early To those lucky enough To find a kindred soul I feel the warmth Of the sun as I turn my face Towards you And the heat of our love Winter no longer exist "if you won't let me fall for you |

It is amazing that we can still find different words to describe the same feelings. Well done my dear |

Knowing that what was Made what is That who I am now Is what you love That perspective is long in coming... but makes every step of the path worth it, doesn't it? *S* Excellent write!! |

I have always enjoyed the parallel usage of seasons and love....they blend so well, as does this piece...Thanx Susan. |

I liked this alot...I also think the whole of S2 could be cut, and you would have a stronger poem. Read it aloud w/o s2, nice. |
