Dreams of you travel to mind
While sunshine slumbers under moonlit skies
And memories of a love once held awake
Forged together by a promise I made

Dawn scatters the memories inside
Still thoughts remain carried throughout my days
Drawing me into the future away from death
Where you await my arrival on heavens plain

And once death calls my name
We will join as one my promised fulfilled
An promise to be forever yours in heaven
Till the ends of time where non exist

Awaiting that day my promise is granted
Ill remain on earth until last breaths spoken
Fighting the long road of life ahead
With only thoughts of you to guide me
