Where water lends the space between the air and earth
Co-mingling shores in vertical horizon
Upon a horizontal plane, shimmering quick silver
We beseech two worlds, two destinies
The ballet of awe and adoration
Arching backs, entwined in fantasy…
My being ebbs beneath the weight
In stirred and breath warmed want
And in the blindness,
I hear the lapping lullaby
You rock, I ripple
