What dreams lie locked inside your head, what treasures hide ‘neath midnight’s bed? When owls do screech and whales do breach, what stories dance just out of reach? If only you could release them from within the depths of that inner personal prison. If only they might be allowed to reveal your inner stamp, your hidden seal. Your spirit rises in sunshine’s glow, eyes release darkness that hovered so low, Let them go, I beg, let them go. Let go the thoughts, escape the lair, gift them freedom to roam where’ere. Be not so tight fisted, be not restrained, for to hold dreams too tightly is to be totally contained. What dreams lie locked inside your head, What treasures need release from midnght’s bed?
