One

In each other’s arms
we taste the world
as it unfolds in grace
at the touch of our lips.
Exploring in depth
the wonder of being,
we discover the thrill
of secret streams flowing
across our very center.
Universe beckons us home.
Slipping off our hearts,
our souls take flight
rising higher and higher.
Above the atmosphere,
right in the sparkling eyes
of the silvery mass of stars
we perform our divine dance
and join the soft humming
of the infinite Universe.
We celebrate our sacred love,
floating through all the gates
on the way to full awareness.
As we relax into each other
we open to the divine light
and rejoice in the truth
of being One …
and One with God
Who shares in our embrace
as the very breath of Life.
