Our love is cloaked within a cowl
yet flies upon the wings of an Owl

To glide and soar the heavens above
Your talons deep within my love

We burn the thoughts we share so deep
The secret dreams we like to keep

Between the lines we read the truth,
Within your eyes I find my youth

To hold your hand and see your smile
To hear your voice for just a while

To feel your warmth, your soft embrace
Feels like a dream that I must chase

I hope and pray the time will come
When our hearts are beating fast, as one

Through life's long walk I sometimes rest
And lay my head upon your breast

I drink my fill from your sweet lips
and fill my dreams from your sweet hips
