more than words
more than feelings

... away of life

a dream to catch

the breeze in your face
and against your back,

simultaneous

the littlest thing
and the biggest moment,
all at the same time

inhaling

exhaling

another's being,
absorbing them
through your soul

without trying

neverending

floating timeless,
never pulling a way
or fading

always touching

this is written for
a close friend
whose youngest son
was in a severe car accident
two days ago
and is in
intensive care

Thank you all for the read and prayers ...

       A quick update -

          Shaun has gone through several surgeries and
         is now awake and able to squeeze his father's hand.
         Another surgery today allowed him to regain some
         feeling in his legs and a little movement in his
         toes ....
