And The World Still Spins today I sat flawlessly upon the wings of the wind and rode straight backed to the end of pretend so sad to see your day go slowly undone when you realize you stand in the presence of frozen sun only my warmth uncurls fingers to have palms in reach my tongue tastes silver snowflakes iced to silence my speech icicles attach themselves to liquid dreams and the frost of your crystal cover gleams do you see me here as I feel this ache to bone I can not touch you nothing can melt a winter’s stone and despite all the seasons that might have been today I wear skin chilled of a bitter wind |

Some are at least warmed by your thoughts. Thank you. |
