Brushed all white; A thick, cold paint outlines, The victims of his crimes. * The murderer is gone Leaving only evidence, That the earth spins on and on. * Being weak, they could not fight (brought from tropics) To live their lives In temperate jeopardy. Now all are lost, That lived a serendipity * end |

cool read. They say Jack the Ripper was a local artist, however, back then they did not have the ability to do extensive reasearch like they do now a days. Always drink upstream from the herd. |

Seymore Tabin, Miah, Passing Shadows,Marty Baird...Thank you for commenting....:-) I should have, maybe mentioned that this is sort of a riddle...It is not really about Jack The Ripper, in the sense that it is not about that famous villain...The victims here are not people. The word "clever" in Seymore's comment makes me think he has solved the riddle..... Again, thanks for reading and commenting....ice |

Very clever ice. Okay I knew at once you were not talking about Jack-the-Ripper. The poem makes me think of something like tropical brought north and being killed off by winter. What the subject is though I can not guess. Give us a hint! Remember, if you're not part of the future, you're history! |
