September's Daughter

As Summer breathes a sigh of 'time to go'
September's canvas, painted near complete
Awaits the final stroke of brush in flow
In finish of a masterpiece replete

A dance of golden brown and orange hues
In puddle splash of Autumn's palette fair
Adorns a backdropped sky in deepest blues
Creating Nature's art beyond compare

A splendor such as this may rare exist
Yet there is one who's beauty doth outshine
Her words in flow are surely spirit kissed
Pure poetry and art in intertwine

September's daughter birthed in Summer's leave
Perfection of chef-d'oeuvre in Autumn's weave
