Hi, Chelsea...this is the poem I mentioned. This is when I first started wring about 2 and half years ago. I don't write maaaavelous like the other ones here, but I wanted to share it with you. I hope you like it.

Butterfly, Butterfly

Butterfly, butterfly
Look at you,
You have wings so beautiful
Wing’s of two.

Beauty so grand
For our eyes to see
Flutter and fly
Come back to me.

Look where you come from
To what you've came to be

trapped inside
Your cocoon you did hide
Now look at you
On beautiful wings
You can glide

Flower to flower
Hour after hour
Such a tiny creature
With so much power

Power to show us what we can be
The beauty we have inside
For all to see!

passing shadow--I am glad you liked. I sure hoped she would like it. I was just starting out like her. She reminded me of the beginnings with her BUTTERFLY poem, and this was one of my first ones.
