The trees stand tall like sentinels As they salute the morning sun There's so many signs from nature That new life has just begun You can almost hear a pin drop Upon the forest floor Here I am at one with nature With so much yet to explore The sun shines out across the valley On this early Summer's morn I breathe in the cool clean air And I feel like I'm reborn The birds call to each other Through the treetops way up high As they go about their business Before they take to the sky I close my eyes and imagine That I'm lying here with you As I try with all my might To dream you into view * * * "If I never met him, I would have dreamed him into being" I am in motion |

Hi Sue, forgive me for not commenting on some of your poetry lately. You write beautiful words, complimented by the tranquility of the picture and the thoughts you have put within our mind, visible in our mind's eye. Thank You. |

(smiles) Yay! Oh Sue, this is beautiful, sweet friend, I understand the yearning and every time I see a rose, hear a bird sing, or see a young fawn sip softly from a spring stream, it makes me think of the girl I see in my dreams and wanting so much to love her! (big hugggssssssss) This is precious, sweet friend, may true love always sing in your heart like the baby bird in the trees, here are some gorgeous pictures of aspens in Colorado where I live, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton I don't need no proof when it comes to God and truth |

This is truly beautiful, Sue. Just yesterday, I was telling a friend that I felt like I needed to just get 'away' and go out in the woods somewhere...just me and everything Nature. It's been far too long... Enjoyed this, Sue... When the power of love overcomes the |

Beautiful - this time of year is so gorgeous.. but it just doesn't last long enough here in Oklahoma. Always nice to have someone by your side to welcome the changing of the seasons, celebrating the cycle of life. Wonderful poem. ~ becky |

Hi Sue ... a magnificent bit of writing. I could smell the fresh, cool clean air and see the mountains and tall trees as I read this. Great imagery. Hope all is well with you and your enjoying your new volunteer job. Summer is wrapping up here and my garden, sadly, is beginning to die down and get ready for the freeze and snow. I hope you enjoyed the pictures I sent. Hugs to you and your family, Marti Hear Blessings dropping their blossoms all around you. |

I close my eyes and imagine That I'm lying here with you As I try with all my might To dream you into view Ah, yes... I know this well. *S* That's when I don't open my eyes, but just enjoy the dream... for even nature's beauty can't compete. *S* I like this very much! *S* |
